Candice Glover is your American Idol winner for Season 12... Wait, Season 12??  It just seemed like yesterday Brian Dunkleman, Simon Cowell, Paula Abdul and the rest of the crew were bringing in bigger ratings.  Anyway, Candice is the first female winner on Idols since Jordin Sparks was crowned in Season 6.  PS - American Idol (in some form or another) returns for Season 13 in January 2014.

The Dalai Lama is in The 'Ville this weekend and will be speaking at the Yum! Center on Sunday.  Tickets are still available.  Supporting a Louisville NBA team??!!

I new the drive thru lines at Taco Bell has been long... and selling over 500 MILLION Doritos Locos Taco is seemingly the reason running thru the border line has been more like crawling.  They were launched March 8th, 2012, which by the way, adds up to 1.1 million tacos sold a day.  Also, laid end-to-end, they would cover the Earth almost 2 times. 

Beyonce canceled a concert in Belguim earlier this week, due to "dehydration and exhaustion", sparking rumors that she may be pregnant.  I call in sick with "dehydration and exhaustion", and they call me HUNGOVER.

Brooksville, PA. -- Someone tossed a dead groundhog into a tavern.  Unsatisfied customer, or unsatisfied prediction??  The speculation is that the customer was not satisfied with the service at the tavern, but I could see where someone might be a little upset in regards to that "prediction" made early February.  Early spring my A*$...  I think that groundhog had hit that tavern the night before his "prediction".  My guess... He saw the shadows and dark circles under his eyes after a night in this tavern.  ie... Shadows under eyes = Early spring.  Phil be messin' up Thunder.
