World's Smallest Puppy

A puppy born in California at just four ounces is the world's smallest puppy on record according to the World Records Academy. The Grace Foundation said the mother gave birth to five puppies two weeks ago and the runt of the litter was about the size of a business card. The puppy, named Beyonce, is still smaller than an iPhone.
